After the first fix plumbing is complete, and the build is watertight.
With underfloor heating, 45mm. Without underfloor heating, 35mm.
The floor will be suitable for light impact foot traffic after 48 hours, and you can install partition walls, kitchens etc. after a week.
Screed dries at a rate of 1mm per day for every mm of thickness up to 50mm of thickness and tiling can be done once the screed is completely dry. If you tile when there is still moisture in the screed, the tiles will not bond with the adhesive.
